Delivery Policy

Repairs: If you have ordered a repair service please promptly send your item for our attention include full return address and contact details, recorded mail will be more secure and is recommended. We start repairs promptly on receipt and usually post completed repairs out within 24 hours. we use Royal Mail recorded delivery.

Fast delivery is our main concern we make every reasonable effort to post items promptly on receipt of orders and completed payment. careful stock control ensures items are dispatched within 24 hours
in the unlikely event of delays or stock shortages we will inform buyers of expected delivery dates. If we can not despatch within 14 days of your completed order we will offer our best date with an option of a full refund.

We post out all orders via Royal Mail using First Class Recorded Delivery and provide tracking information that can be checked via Royal Mail, orders of value £100 or more will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service.

Returns and refund policy

All items are fully tested before despatch but in the event of an item found to be faulty on receipt please contact our help line on 01751 474794 or email us at support@remotekeyrepairs.co.uk

We will supply a returns reference and arrange a fast retest and remedy any faults. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of faulty items and return to us within the next 7 days. The buyer must pay the return postage and send by a secure method, Rainbow Data Limited will pay the postage back to your address.

Please take care selecting item as we only accept incorrectly ordered items back on the basis that they are in the same condition as when received, returns must be within 14 days of receipt. Note: a retest/restocking fee of £3.00 will apply and postage (P&P) will not be refunded, please contact us for a returns reference.

Cancelled orders are subject to £3.00 cancellation charge.
